Privacy notice

What we collect: your group name, school, group leader's name, mobile number and email, plus your number of members, sample type, equipment and notes.

Why: only to schedule your lab visit, contact you about it, and keep XendLab's booking records.

Who sees it: XendLab staff, and Ardeza Web Studio, which runs this booking system for XendLab. Your details are stored using Google services. The public calendar shows open slots only.

How long: only as long as needed for these purposes and XendLab's records. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.
