Questions

Before you visit

Which test should I choose?

Tell us what your study or product needs to show. We'll match it to the right test, for example TPC for antioxidant content or tensile for film strength.

Can I use the equipment myself?

Yes. Equipment rental includes lab use with a chemist guiding you.

How do I book lab time?

Open the booking page, pick an open date and send your group's details. Your slot is held, and we'll email you once it's confirmed. To change or cancel, call or Viber us.

How many groups can use the lab in a day?

Up to 4 groups a day: 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. A whole-day group takes one of each.

How much sample should I bring?

It depends on the test. Message us before your visit and we'll tell you the amount and how to prepare it.

Do you work with student groups?

Yes, senior high and college research groups. Ask about student rates when you request a quote.
